ZEC Electoral Voter Registration Regulations 2017
The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission has uploaded the Draft Manual for 2018 Elections. They have asked for input from opposition stakeholders. The Final Date to issue a Response is 12 April 2017. A short time Frame Yes but this is expected from ZEC.
NERA legal and Technical Groups are working tirelessly preparing a thorough Response to ZEC on this document. Citizens who are able to download the draft are encouraged to Download and read through it as these are the proposed regulations that will affect everyone in 2018 election.
